The hotel was really comfortable and very clean with a touch smaller rooms than expected, but with great bathrooms and showers. The use of the safe at no extra charge was convenient. The beds were comfortable, and there was a great TV to relax with and free wifi. The almost nonexistent light in the room was a downside.
The hotel offers really comfortable and very clean rooms with fully air-conditioned and equipped bathrooms. However, the lack of a view and the rooms heating up like a sauna can be a drawback for the price. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming, making you eager to return, but they declined storing a bicycle or luggage. The location is convenient to the old town and close to the train station, at the heart of Valencia's shopping street and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining experience, while having delicious breakfast options, may feel small and not worth it. The hotel has great facilities overall.
The hotel is located perfectly in between the old and new parts of the city, ideal for shopping enthusiasts with easy access to the metro station and close proximity to the old town. The service provided is outstanding with friendly staff offering valuable recommendations, but there were some challenges with storing personal items. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of mouthwatering dishes on offer. The rooms, albeit a bit small and lacking natural light, are cozy and welcoming, reflecting good value for money.
